How a correction becomes knowledge

  1. A customer asks. Aura answers from approved knowledge, or asks Hermes with that knowledge beside her.
  2. If the answer is sound, the conversation continues.
  3. If Aura cannot confirm it, the question is flagged.
  4. If the customer asks for a person, you get a live-agent request and Aura pauses.
  5. If an answer is wrong, you correct it. That stays a suggestion.
  6. You approve it. The correction is stored here, then sent to the Hermes memory tool on the Aura session. It is marked taught only if that tool completes and a new Hermes session uses the approved wording.
